Musashi set a new middle term goal to achieve “Carbon Neutrality”

Musashi Seimitsu Industry Co., Ltd. (Global Headquarters: Toyohashi-city, Aichi, Japan; President and CEO: Hiroshi Otsuka, “Musashi”) has set a new middle term goal to achieve a world level target of “Carbon Neutrality”.

2038 Target: 100% Green Operations
Until 2038, which is the 100th anniversary of Musashi since its foundation, Musashi will pursue the transformation of its business activities* to Carbon Neutral activities.

Achieving net-zero carbon dioxide emissions by all of the organization’s value chain*

Musashi has started to execute a variety of measures to reduce the energy usage in its activities, in response to the environmental issues. According to Musashi’s purpose, “We contribute to enriched Harmony between our lives and Earth, using our Passion for technology and Wisdom for innovation.”. Climate Change is an extremely important topic for our company, and we think that it is essential for the sustainability of the society and our company to pursue Carbon Neutral goals.
